Question: How many stores do you have in Dallas ?

Answer: At this time, we have one location in Richardson. We are focusing our efforts on our on-line business and will be making some major improvements to our retail operations in the near future.

Question: When I bought an item from you it was delivered from a different company. Why is that?

Answer: We do our best to stock as many items as possible in our Dallas warehouse. On the chance we are out of stock on something, or you have placed a custom order with us, we rely on several partner companies including TGW.com, RockBottomGolf.com, and many of the major manufacturers to ship items for us.

Question: Do you take trades for eBay items?

Answer: You must have existing trade-in credit on account with Dallas Golf if you want to apply the credit towards an eBay purchase. If this is your first purchase with Dallas Golf, and you do not have existing account credit, you must pay for your purchase with any of our accepted payment methods. You may trade-in clubs at any time, but it is our policy that first-time buyers must pay for their initial purchase, unless you have previously placed a trade-in order and it has been processed.

Question: Who is responsible for technical issues regarding eBay?

Answer: Dallas Golf Co. does not have control over technical eBay items such as user id, password, or site usage and policy questions. Please contact eBay for issues regarding your eBay account.

Question: Will Dallas Golf provide me with positive feedback following a successful transaction?

Answer: Once your payment is received, we will post feedback to your account. If for any reason our system misses you , please send an email to feedback@dallasgolf.com. In the subject line, list your user id and item number(s) and we will post feedback immediately.

Question: I placed a bid on the wrong item, or for some other reason, will not be able to pay for the item I won. What do I do?

Answer: eBay has a non-paying bidder policy, but the procedure is primarily intended for dead-beat bidders who were never going to pay for their item. We have our own procedure to deal with honest bidders who simply make mistakes or have other issues. We feel it is fair to both seller and bidder. In order to mitigate any further actions with eBay against you, we reserve the right to ask you to remit a non-paying bidder relisting/ restocking fee equal to 20% of your final bid value. The fee will help us with listing fees and commissions when bidders do not pay, along with our time to list and relist the item. Your cooperation will help keep prices lower in the future.

Answer: We do not end listings early. Please place an appropriate bid.

Question: What are your auction payment terms?

Answer: ALL orders placed on eBay or GolfExchange must be completed using our online checkout within 3 days of the close of the auction. You must complete the checkout regardless of your payment form. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, and PayPal. We do NOT accept personal checks, but You May Pay by MONEY ORDER - Please Contact us with your intentions to do so immediately upon winning an auction, or securing a purchase: info@dallasgolf.com.

Question: Can I pay for my item over the phone?

Answer: Due to the high volume of business, we ask that unless you have an emergency or an unusual set of circumstances, that you do not try and pay by phone. Please complete the online checkout within 3 days of the close of auction. If you are having difficulty checking out, please call 800.955.9550 and a customer service representative will assist you. Payments processed by phone are subject to a $4 handling charge.

Question: How do I pay for my item I won on an eBay auction?

Answer: To complete your auction purchase, please click on our "Checkout Now" button in the auction you won. You will be redirected to our secure online checkout process where you will submit your shipping and billing information for prompt processing. Please use our checkout link to complete your purchase. Using any other checkout method may result in an order-processing delay.

Question: Do your used products come with a warranty?

Answer: If you are purchasing a used golf club from Dallas Golf, the original warranty policies may not apply or may have expired. All used golf clubs purchased from Dallas Golf are backed with a 30-day limited warranty. Our certified pre-owned clubs come standard with a one year limited parts and labor warranty.

Question: What is your Return Policy?

Answer: Your satisfaction is 100% GUARANTEED when you purchase a product from Dallas Golf. Whatever your situation, we will work out a solution that is fair for both parties. In any case, you are welcome to call M-F 9 am to 6 pm and speak to a customer service representative regarding returns. We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty on most used golf clubs purchased from Dallas Golf. If the club(s) is not covered by our Warranty Policy, the description in the ad will specify. Here are some general guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Under the following conditions, Dallas Golf will pickup the item you received via FedEx, and give you a full refund or exchange against your original purchase: 1. The item you received is not the item you purchased. 2. The item you received arrives broken or damaged from the delivery process (e.g., a broken shaft). 3. The item description mis-represents the product. If you are generally not satisfied with the item you purchased, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. The item must be delivered back to Dallas golf in the same condition you received it. New items that have been used are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Question: What is your international shipping and duties policy?

Answer: We do ship internationally; shipping charges are calculated at checkout. CANADIAN BUYERS: We have arranged the processing of your Taxes and Duties in advance of your shipment. You can expect to pay approximately $40 for FedEx Express Shipments. Dallas Golf is not responsible for Duties and Taxes. You may be expected to pay additional fees, taxes and duties upon delivery of your item. Question: Do you charges sales tax?

Answer: Sales Tax is applicable if you are shipping your order to Texas or you have a billing address in Texas. The local tax rate is 8.25 percent. For international taxes and duties, please see below.

Question: I live in Dallas. Can I pick the item up and save shipping charges?

Answer: Effective 11/01/05 we no longer provide for local pick-ups at our retail locations. All internet purchases must now be shipped via Federal Express.

Question: Can you ship my package by US Postal Service?

Answer: We ship most items via Fedex. For certain International or Military addresses we will ship USPS. Please submit a physical address if you have it, as we cannot ship to PO Boxes in the US. If the address you supply does not meet our shipping requirements, a customer service representative will contact you.

Question: How do you rate the condition of used clubs?

Question: Are the pictures you use for your used clubs of the actual club I will receive?

Answer: In the case of our used and certified pre-owned, we try to use the actual photo of the club you are purchasing whenever possible. In the case where we have multiple pieces of a refurbished item, you will see a "representative photo" of an actual club from that lot. We will never show you a "manufacturer stock photo" for a used or certified pre-owned club. Our photo studio is state-of-the-art and we pride ourselves on delivering you the best possible images.

Question: What are your shipping terms?

Answer: We ship using FedEx almost exclusively. They offer is the best rates to pass to you, and they offer us insured service that you can rely on. We ship to all 50 states and almost anywhere in the world. Our domestic ground shipping charge is a flat rate $9.50 everyday.
